Vehicle Service

For the company vehicles, we like to get them here to the yard every 30,000 miles for the major service and inspection. Reach out to us when your vehicle is coming due, and we can make arrangements to get you switched into a loaner vehicle while your vehicle is being serviced.

• 7,000 mile – basic oil change (5k on older vehicles)
• 30,000 Miles- major service (Email)

For the 5k mile basic oil change we ask that the drivers take care of this at any quick oil change location and email in a receipt of the service. Your WEX fuel card works at many locations which you can find at the link listed below. Anything over a basic oil change or air filter that might come up, get a hold of the yard.

In the event of an issue between the times the Yard sees your vehicle for its major service, we are still happy to get it in and looked at. Some common issues that come up are warped rotors, worn tires, dead battery, or check engine light to name a few. Don’t wait on those concerns, and notify us right away.

Tires

The Yard can take care of your vehicle tires. We try to buy once a year at bulk prices and even do the installation here as well. Doing this has saved the company money and also standardizes what tires are on all vehicles to insure both safety and quality. How do I know when I am due for tires? Every tire is mandated to come with a wear bar that is in the middle of the tire connecting two tread patterns. When the tire reaches this wear bar the tire is considered to be worn out. If your tires have worn down to that point or you develop safety concerns, reach out to us.

Glass

If your vehicle gets a cracked or broken windshield, the Yard works with a network of companies that will quickly come to your office or jobsite and take care of the replacement. Email or call us to set this up.
