• In the event of an accident, please pull off to a safe place. Do not admit fault and kindly exchange driver’s license and insurance information. Take lots of photos, fill out the Level 10 Accident Report Form, and promptly send the report and photos to this email. This form can be found in your glove box and additionally listed on the left of this page.
• If in an accident with injury or damages over $1,000 an SR-1 form must be filled out and submitted to the DMV. This must be taken care of within 10 days of the accident. Failure to do so could result in suspension of your driver’s license.
