We take pride in what we provide you and take great effort in testing and cleaning each item to make sure we are providing every customer with quality tools that get the job done. All our rental equipment comes with a pre-inspection checklist and decal saying when the next service is due. In order to limit down time or expensive repairs, make sure the operators do the daily inspection and report any issue or services that might be needed to their supervisor. It is important to know the do’s and don’ts of the equipment and how to best operate them. Most major pieces of equipment come with operating instructions and searching our website you will find additional instructional videos linked on the specific equipment pages. Oftentimes equipment failures or breakdowns are caused by using the tool improperly, which if significant enough can be billed back to the customer. Examples of this would be mixing something other than grout in a grout mixer or compacting garbage with the end of the boom on a reach lift. Taking care of the equipment and open communication with the Yard can ensure reliable equipment for you and the rest of the company to use.
