Semi-Automatic Dumping and a cost effective solution to the problem of removing trash from upper floors and hard to reach areas. Crane hoisted, it can be placed and rolled to wherever needed. When loaded, it can be lowered to an open truck and dumped in seconds saving valuable crane time and labor. Designed for maximum safety, a safety latch prevents accidental dumping while the sling is taut. Before the Handler can be opened for dumping, it must be lowered to the ground and a special safety latch released. Then, and only then can the dumping handle be operated. When the Handler is suspended and the sling is taut, it is not humanly possible to release the safety latch.
